If you have been following this blog or my interview show you may recognize the name Holly Norman.
Holly is a singer/songwriter in Nashville. I interviewed her for the first time a few years ago and we have been friends ever since.
2017 Giveaways
You may recall that I was also involved in a giveaway Holly did last year. I made a bracelet with the words “I ❤ DOOL” hand stamped on it to commemorate Holly’s duet with DOOL’s Eric Martsolf and a necklace hand stamped with the letters “TCB”, for Holly’s Elvis tribute album “Taking Care of Bluegrass” and for Elvis’s “Taking Care of Business”.
Silent Auction
Recently Holly commissioned me to make 3 more pieces of jewelry for a silent auction she is doing to raise money for Alzheimer’s Tennessee .
I created 3 bracelets which feature angel wings hand stamped with the word “Remember” on them. (Holly has written a song called “I’ll Remember for You”.)
Benefit Show & Bidding
Holly has organized a benefit show and silent auction to be held in Knoxville, TN at Wild Boar Tavern on November 12th at 6:30|5:30c pm. However, you can bid now on one of the bracelets I created.
All you have to do is click on the image below. This will take you to Holly’s facebook post where you can bid on the bracelet by placing your bid amount in the comment section – OR you can send Holly a private message on facebook with your bid amount.
The angel wing is made of solid brass and each letter has been hand stamped individually. It is made with leather cording and is adjustable, so one size fits most. (Slide the knots further apart to make smaller. Slide them closer together to make bigger).The beads you see are faceted purple agate because purple is the color for Alzheimer’s awareness.

Holly’s Memory Makers
If you can’t make the benefit show on the 12th you can join Holly’s private facebook group called Holly’s Memory Makers. Holly will be LIVE streaming the benefit from this page so you can watch it from the comfort of your home. All you have to do to get added to the group is make a donation of any amount. Just send Holly a private message and she will give you the link to donate and add you to the group.
